The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs: "a) Issue order(s) or direction(s) under Article 227 by granting directions to the Ld. Trial court to expedite and conclude the trial in suit bearing no. CS DJ 75/2019 & Connected matter CS DJ No. 10576/16 pending before the Ld. District Judge-02, South-East, Saket Court, New Delhi, in a time bound manner, and/or b) Pass appropriate directions that no unwarranted adjournments be granted to the Respondents herein." Keeping in view the fact that the learned Trial Court is proceeding with the matters in accordance with its own board, while taking into consideration the pendency and age of the cases before it, this Court is of the opinion that in such circumstances, it would not be appropriate to issue any direction to the learned Trial Court for expeditious disposal or for concluding the trial within a time-bound manner.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of.
