% 11.02.2020 The petitioner has prayed for quashing of notice dated 24th January, 2019 issued by the Investigating Officer/respondent no.3, Anti Corruption Branch, Delhi in FIR No. 04/2015 under Section 13(1)(c)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act and Section 420/409/120-B IPC, registered at police station Anti Corruption Branch.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition and seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy as per law. The present petition is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
