The present bail application is filed under section 438 Cr.P.C read with section 482 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR bearing no. 0182/2020 registered under sections 420/406/409/120B IPC at P.S. EOW.

The present FIR was registered on the complaint made by the complainant-Talwinder Singh Bhatia wherein the petitioner along with coaccused persons Jagmohan Bhandari and Nikhil Bhandari were implicated. 3.
Mr. Utkarsh, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/State assisted by Investigating Officer SI Devender, P.S. EOW stated that after investigation, the chargesheet has already been filed without the arrest of the petitioner.

accused have settled the dispute subject matter of the present FIR with the complainant vide Conciliation Agreement dated 28.05.2024 recorded before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and they shall be executing the terms and conditions of the Conciliation Agreement. The counsel for the petitioner prayed that the present bail application be allowed and the petitioner be granted anticipatory bail. 5.
Mr. Vinod Pant, Advocate appearing on behalf of the complainant stated that the dispute between the petitioner, co-accused and the complainant has already been settled vide Conciliation Agreement dated 28.05.2024 and as such, he does not have objection if the present application is allowed and the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail. 6.
Mr. Utkarsh, Additional Public Prosecutor for the State also stated that the petitioner and the co-accused has amicably settled with the complainant vide Conciliation Agreement dated 28.05.2024 and the chargesheet after conclusion of the investigation has already been filed as such, at this stage, he does not have any objection if the present application is allowed and the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail. 7.
After considering all facts, the present application is allowed. In case of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail subject to furnishing a personal bond of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the concerned SHO/IO or the concerned Trial Court with the condition that the petitioner shall not tamper with the evidence or try to influence or threaten any witness cited by the prosecution. 8.
It is also expected that the petitioner, co-accused and the complainant shall execute the terms and conditions as contained in Conciliation Agreement dated 28.05.2024 in letter and spirit.
