2. It is the petitioners' case that they own land falling in Khasra No. 822 in the Revenue Estate of Village Satbari, Tehsil Saket, New Delhi, in which forest land intrudes, is such a manner that optimal utilisation of the private land is implausible. The petitioners are ready and willing to give their entire land in lieu of some other land, if the government is agreeable. The forest land been secured after due demarcation.
3. In the circumstance, let this writ petition be treated as the petitioners' representation by the GNCT, on which a decision shall be taken by the respondents after hearing the petitioners within a period of three months from today.
4. The petition, along with pending application, stands disposed-off in
terms of the above.
