This petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.467/2023 dated 16.09.2023 under Sections 308/34 IPC registered at PS: Dwarka South including proceedings emanating therefrom. 2.

Learned ASC for the State takes an objection to the Settlement Agreement and states that the terms of settlement are unlawful and cannot be accepted to quash the FIR.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition, after a fresh Settlement Agreement is arrived at between the parties, in accordance with law.

Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, in accordance with law.
