% 09.09.2020 The hearing was conducted through video conferencing.

1. The learned Standing Counsel for the South Delhi Municipal Corporation ('SDMC') submits that the land shown in the photographs annexed to the writ petition (Annexure P-1) does not belong to the Corporation.

2. The application being CM APPL. 22045/2020 seeks to implead DDA and L&DO as parties. Mr. Keshav Mohan, the learned Standing Counsel for the SMDC submits that the petitioner has not even represented to any authority apropos his grievances. The petitioner agrees that he has not done so.

3. Let the petitioner make a representation to the Authorities concerned.

4. The writ petition, alongwith pending application, is disposed-off in the above terms.
