A Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed with the following prayers:

"(a) Issue a writ of mandamus or other suitable writ under Article 226 of the Constitution of India directing the Respondents no. 2 & 3 to ascertain adequate security & safety to the petitioner from the clutches of respondent no. 5 - 7.

(b) Issue a writ of mandamus or other suitable writ under Article 226 of the Constitution of India directing the respondent no. 2 & 3 to implead sections 307/308/427/34 IPC in the present FIR i.e., 0009/2023 of Police Station The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. (c) Issue a writ of mandamus or other suitable writ under Article 226 of the Constitution of India directing the Respondent No.2, to conduct an enquiry and -take necessary legal action against the respondent no.4. (d) Issue any other further order(s) or direction as this Hon ble Court deem fit and appropriate on the facts and in the circumstances of this case."

Learned Prosecutor on instructions submits that the Charge Sheet has been filed in the Court in August, 2023 under offences 323/341/34 IPC. Essentially the prayer sought was protection from respondent No.5 to 7. 3.

In case of any threat perception, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the Witness Protection Committee headed by the Principal District & Sessions Judge of the concerned District.

No further directions are required in the matter. 5.

The petition is disposed of.
