The instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been filed on behalf of petitioners seeking direction to the respondent no. 2 to release the petitioner on parole for a period of one month or give directions to the respondent no. 2 to decide the application expeditiously. 4.

Issue notice. Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, learned ASC accepts notice on behalf of State.
