The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "a) Direct the respondent no.1/state to transfer the pending investigation/inquiry of Complaint No.131,Dy.No.106/CAW Cell, Shahdara District, Delhi from the office of respondent no.3 to the office of respondent no.2 or any other agency in the interest of Justice. Pass any other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the given facts and circumstances of the case." 4.
With the consent of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, i.e., petitioner, respondent no. 4 as well as learned Additional Standing Counsel, proceedings pending in Complaint No.131, Dy.No.106/CAW Cell, Shahdara District, Delhi, is transferred from P.S. Seema Puri to DIU office located at DCP Office, Shahdara, Delhi. 5.
With the aforesaid direction, the petition is partly allowed and disposed of.
