This transfer petition has been registered pursuant to an order of the learned Registrar General dated 13.05.2026. 2.

The case arises out of Complaint Case No. 18703/2025, which is presently pending before the Court of the Judicial Magistrate First Class08, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi District. By an order dated 08.05.2026, the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Patiala House Courts, recorded as follows:

"This complaint has been filed for seeking registration of ease against Public Servant for registration of case under Section 61, 316, 336, 339 & 340 of BNS as well as Under Section 7 and 13(D) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

As the allegations of corruption are made against public servant, hence, present case pending in the Court of Sh. Ankit Garg, Ld. JMFC08, New Delhi District, Patiala House Court is required to be transferred to the appropriate Court at Rouse Avenue District Court, dealing with the eases of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. In view of the above, the matter be placed before Ld. Registrar General, Hon'ble High Court of Delhi with the request to kindly issue necessary directions regarding transfer of this matter to the Court at The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
