Learned counsel for the respondent No. 5 to 7 submits that they are adopting the reply filed on behalf of Respondent No.3. 2.

A prayer is made that the investigation be done by the officer not less than the rank of the DCP and that the petitioner may be discharged in FIR No. 0093/2021 registered under Sections 323/341/427/34 of the IPC. 3.

The Status Report has been filed on behalf of the State wherein it is submitted that the Charge Sheet has already been filed in the present case and the case is pending at the stage of arguments of Charge. 4.

The petitioner is at liberty to address the arguments before the Trial Court.
