Petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed for directing Respondents No. 1 to 3 to ensure the safety and safeguard of all the Petitioner and her children and also to direct Respondents No. 4 to 6 to arrange proper separate accommodation for the Petitioner till such time that the arrangements is made and to stay the execution Petition 48/2019 pending before learned Civil Judge, New Delhi and the Order dated 10.12.2018 be stayed.
