This is an Application filed in a disposed of matter on behalf of the Respondent No.1 for release of amount deposited by the Appellant. 2.

The Appeal was disposed of on 19.03.2025 by a Coordinate Bench of this Court.

Issue Notice.

3.1 Learned Counsel for the Appellant/non-Applicant accepts Notice and submits that the Impugned Order is <in the process= of being challenged. Concededly, there is no stay order on the decision of the Coordinate Bench disposing of the Appeal on 19.03.2025.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the connected matter being MAC. APP. 162/2022 captioned U.P. State Road Transport Corporation v. Smt. Concededly, there is no stay by this Court, thus, the Respondent No.1 is at liberty to take necessary steps for the release. 6.

Since the order dated 19.03.2205 passed by the Coordinate Bench only directs enhancement, let the amounts which were directed by the learned Tribunal inclusive of up to date interest shall be released to the Respondent No.1/Claimant in accordance with scheme, as is set out in the Impugned Award dated 08.02.2022.
