Bail Appln. 171/2017 It has been submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the matter is fixed before the trial court on 12th, 13th and 14th April, 2016 for prosecution evidence and he does not want to press the present application at this stage and seeks the liberty to move the application after the recording of statement of the complainant and the prosecutrix.

Consequently, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
