Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 0480/2017 dated 16.08.2017 registered at Police Station Bhajan Pura for commission of offence under Section 363 IPC.

According to learned counsel for petitioner, petitioner and respondent No. 2 were in love with each other and got married on 10.09.2012. She submits that though the allegations by respondent No. 2 are not her allegations. These are rather based on the influence of her father and at his behest only. Next date before the learned Trial Court is stated to be 11.08.2025. 4.

Since the points agitated in the present petition can always be considered appropriately even by the learned Trial Court, the present petition is disposed of with request to learned Trial Court to hear arguments on charge and to make best efforts to decide the charges within a period of eight weeks from the date it takes up the matter.

Needless to say, in case the charges are, eventually, framed against the petitioner herein, petitioner would be at liberty to file fresh petition seeking quashing.
