Petitioner has alternative remedy of filing statutory complaint and thereafter, a case before the Armed Forces Tribunal. 4.

It is also submitted that the Petitioner may apply under the Right to Information Act.

Keeping in view aforesaid position, the Petitioner is relegated to the RTI remedy.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms, without commenting on the merit of the case.
