The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that appropriate directions be issued to respondent no.2 (the Office of the Deputy Commissioner (South), M. B. Road, Saket, New Delhi) to hear the petitioners' appeal (Appeal No.28048/2017) filed under Section 66 of the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954 and dispose of the same. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents state that the next date of hearing is fixed as 30.07.2019 and on that date, the concerned authority shall take up the said appeal and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks, thereafter.
