Counsel for the parties submit that the parties have settled their interse disputes out-of-court. 2.

The consent terms dated 22nd October, 2024 executed between the plaintiff and the defendant no.1 have been placed on record. The aforesaid consent terms have been duly signed by the authorised representatives of the plaintiff, the defendant no.1 and their respective counsel. 3.

The authorised representative of the plaintiff, Ms. Veen Rungta and authorised representative of the defendant no.1, Mr. Ankur Goel, are present through video conferencing and affirm the same. 4.

I have gone through the consent terms and find the same to be lawful. The parties shall remain bound by the terms thereof. 5.

In line with the consent terms, a bank demand draft bearing CS(COMM) 402/2022 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 25/10/2024 at 14:25:51

No.000861 drawn on HDFC Bank of Rs.9,00,000/- (subject to TDS), has been handed over by the counsel appearing on behalf of the defendant no.1 to the counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiff. The same is accepted by the counsel for the plaintiff, subject to realisation. 6.

Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in terms of the aforesaid consent terms. The consent terms shall form part of the decree. 7.

In view of the aforesaid settlement, the plaintiff does not press for reliefs claimed against the defendant no.2.

The decree sheet be drawn up.

All pending applications stand disposed of.
