CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIBHU BAKHRU

O R D E R

% 24.10.2019 CRL. M.A. No. 39239/2019 & CRL. M.A. No. 39240/2019 1.

The petitioner has filed the present application, inter alia, praying that the order dated 10.05.2019 passed by this Court, whereby the present petition was disposed of, be recalled.

2.

Mr Amit George, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, has drawn the attention of this Court to the said order dated 10.05.2019. The captioned petition was disposed of as the same was not pressed by the petitioner. This was in view of the statement made by the learned ASC to the effect that he would impress upon respondent no. 4 to not upload any pictures of the petitioner on any social media platform. He had also stated that respondent nos. 1 to 3 will provide due protection to the petitioner as

per law. It was also stated that the mobile number of a police official will be provided to the petitioner.

3.

Mr George states that although the said statements were made, nonetheless, the petitioner continues to be harassed and respondent no.4 has issued threats to her. He states that complaints in this regard were also made. 4.

Mr Avi Singh, learned ASC, states that no such complaints had been received by the police official, whose mobile number was provided to the petitioner for her to contact in case of any eventuality. He states that inasmuch as written complaints are concerned; FIR No. 199/2019 has been registered with P.S. Desh Bandhu Gupta Road. Insofar as the allegation that photographs of the petitioner have been uploaded is concerned, the same is denied.

5.

In view of the above, this Court finds no reason to recall the order dated 10.05.2019. The application is, accordingly, dismissed. 6.

In view of the fact that FIR No. 199/2019 has been registered with P.S. Desh Bandhu Gupta Road; Mr George does not wish to press the present application. The same is dismissed as withdrawn. 7.

Order dasti.
