CM No.19604/2020 (Exemption from filing notarized affidavit) This application has been filed seeking exemption from filing duly notarized affidavits. Binding the deponent of the affidavit to the contents of the application, the exemption is granted.

Application is disposed of.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not received any reply to the representationsmade by the petitioner seeking refund of the Security Deposit and Advance License Fee from the respondents.

On the other hand, the learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the representation was rejected on 31.01.2020 and in fact, pursuant to a fresh Notice Inviting Tender, the shop in-question was re-allotted to a third party on 14.06.2020. He submits that a copy of the letter rejecting the representation of the petitioner shall be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner within two days.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh, if so advised.
