The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondent to dispose of its appeal dated 30.04.2018 preferred under Clause 6 of the "Deterrent Penalty Action Against Defaulting Consultants" - Policy Circular dated 17.04.2012. 4.
The petitioner was blacklisted by the respondent in terms of the order dated 09.04.2018. The petitioner has preferred an appeal against the said
decision in terms of the relevant policy, which is pending consideration before the Appellate Authority. There is no dispute that an appeal under the said policy is maintainable.

In view of the above, the respondent is directed to dispose of the said appeal as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, within a period of six weeks from today after affording the petitioner an opportunity to be heard. 6.
