By virtue of the present petition under Section 438 read with Section 442 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:- "a) Accept the present petition of the petitioner, in the interest of justice;
b) Set aside/ quash the order dated 30.08.2024 passed by the Court of Ld. JMFC, East Delhi as well as order dated 24.02.2026 passed by the Court of Ld. ASJ East Delhi, in the interest of justice;
c) Discharge the petitioner from the offences U/s 384/389 IPC in case FIR No. 235/2017 of P.S. Shakarpur, Delhi, in the interest of justice;

d) Call for the Trial Court record.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
