The Registry has raised an objection with regard to the maintainability of the present petition and indicated that the petitioner ought to have approached the Central Administrative Tribunal for the relief. There is no averment made by the petitioner in the writ petition as to the status of the respondent/Centre for Railway Information Systems(CRIS). Till the petitioner furnishes the necessary details with regard to the status of the respondent, it is not even clear as to whether present petition would be maintainable against the said respondent.

Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, while reserving the right of the petitioner to file a fresh petition by furnishing all the requisite details with respect to the respondent. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn, along with pending application. As and when a fresh petition is filed , the same shall be considered, in accordance with law.
