The hearing was conducted through video conferencing. 2.

Status report has been filed on behalf of East Delhi Municipal Corporation which indicates that action has been taken with regard to unauthorized construction after following due process of law. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per his instructions also, action has been taken and order has been complied with. He however submits that the Malba has not been removed by Respondent No. 7.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions not to press the petition any further. 5.

Respondent no. 7 is directed to remove the malba lying on the roof of third floor. In case respondent no. 7 fails to have the malba removed, MCD as well as the police authorities shall take appropriate action in accordance with law.

In view of the status report and the submission of counsel for the Petitioner seeking not to press the petition any further. No further orders are called for.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
