This is a joint application filed on behalf of the plaintiffs and the defendants no.1 and 2 under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for recording of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2.

It is stated on behalf of the parties that the defendant no.3 has been struck off from the records of Registrar of Companies. 3.

Along with the present application, the parties have placed on record the Settlement Agreement dated 11th August, 2025 (hereinafter 'Settlement Agreement').

I have perused the terms of the Settlement Agreement and find the same to be lawful.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

The application stands disposed of.

In view of the order passed above in I.A. 21227/2025, the present suit is dismissed as withdrawn.

All pending applications stand disposed of.
