The learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that a MoU has been executed on 12th April, 2018 as per which, certain steps were to be taken. All the steps have been concluded in August, 2018. 2.

Accordingly, all the disputes stands settled. 3.

Copy of said MoU is taken on record.

Counsel for the Plaintiff wishes to withdraw the present petition in view of the settlement.

Accordingly, suit is dismissed as withdrawn.
