After some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdrawn the present petition with liberty to apply after material witnesses have been examined.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The Trial Court is also requested to examine the witnesses as expeditiously as possible.
