This petition is filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the Act) seeking appointment of an arbitrator.

It is admitted by the parties that in terms of the Termination Agreement between the parties dated 11.09.2013, there is an arbitration clause, namely, Clause No. 22 which provides that in case of disputes or differences arising between the parties, the same shall be subject to Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

Accordingly, I appoint Sh.Sandeep Agarwal, Sr. Advocate (Mobile No. 9811044426), Chamber No. 140, Lawyers Chamber, Delhi High Court, New Delhi as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the

parties. The learned Arbitrator will fix his fees in consultation with the learned counsel for the parties. He is also requested to comply with the provisions of Section 12(1) of the Act.

The petition stands disposed of.
