By an order dated 29.10.2024, it was recorded as follows:- "1.
There is no appearance of the parties, when the matter is taken up for hearing.

In the interest of justice, list on 13.12.2024. 3.
It appears that the appearance on behalf of the the appellants was last recorded in the order dated 08.02.2023. On that date, a submission was recorded on behalf of the appellants that the matter has been settled and time was granted to file an application. The appellants have since not appeared and the application has not been filed.

Court notice be issued to the appellants at the address mentioned in the memo of parties, and to the learned counsel on record for the appellants for the next date of hearing." 2.
The Registy reports that notice could not be served upon the appellants at the addresses mentioned in the memo of parties, as the premises were found locked. case. However, no other counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the appellants.
