Mr. Arun Srivastava, appears through VC. He had been appearing for petitioner, but states that he has no instructions since 2021 and, therefore, seeks discharge. Mr. Arun Srivastava is accordingly discharged in the said matter.

Court notice which had been issued to the petitioner also come back unserved with the remarks 'left the address'. 3.

Counsel for respondent states that the petitioner also been declared absconder vide order dated 03rd January, 2023. 4.

Considering these facts and circumstances, petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
