% 17.02.2020 A submission is made by learned counsel for respondent no.2 that at page 7 of the petition, the name of the petitioner is mentioned as Naveen Arora.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is a typographical error in para 7 of the memorandum of parties and the name of the petitioner is Narayan Dass. The petition is also indicated to be listed in the name of Narayan Dass & Ors. Vs. State/N.C.T. of Delhi & Anr. In these circumstances, the matter has been taken up and it is directed to the effect that at page 7, the name of the petitioner-Naveen Arora shall read as Narayan Dass.

Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
