The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent-MCD to demolish the unauthorized construction being carried out by respondents no.3 and 4 at property bearing no.WZ-108 and WZ-108A, Basai Dara Pur, Delhi-110015.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-MCD submits that the aforesaid properties have been booked and a show cause notice has been issued on 14th May, 2026.

In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing respondent-MCD to take appropriate action in accordance with law. 4.

In the event, the petitioner has any further grievance, the petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate remedy in accordance with law. 5.
