The hearing was conducted through video conferencing. 2.

Petitioner submits that the Supreme Court by its order dated 31.01.2020 in Petition(s) for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.26258/2019 permitted the petitioner to file a representation to the Commissioner of Police. He submits that he has made a representation to the Commissioner of Police on 25.05.2020 and despite the same no action has been taken to prevent the illegal entry of vehicles and illegal parking of vehicles in the Najafgarh area. 3.

Petitioner who appears in person seeks leave to withdraw the petition stating that he shall be approaching the Supreme Court for redressal of his grievance.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. MAGGU to HMJ Sanjeev Sachdeva.
