Though the Nominated Authority of the Ministry of Coal, the Government of India is in Delhi, the Court is of the prima facie opinion that the material, integral and essential part of cause of action has arisen outside the jurisdiction of this Court, where, mine in question is situated. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to approach the jurisdiction High Court.
