The instant petition is filed seeking following reliefs: "(a) Issue appropriate writ / direction to respondents directing them to make the payment of the pending professional bills of the petitioner as annexed in (Annexure P- 3 ) within one month. (b) Direct the respondents to pay interest at the rate of 18% per annum for delayed payment since the submission of bills. (c) Issue writ of mandamus or direction directing the respondents to pay appropriate compensation towards the agony and harassment being continuously faced by the petitioner leading to filing of the present petition in the interest of justice.

(d) Issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the respondent no 1 to adopt Online Single Windows System for Expeditious Clearance of Professional Bills within One Month of raising Bills as per Terms and Conditions of Ministry of Law and Justice Department of Legal Affairs (Judicial Section) O.M. No 24(2)/1999 Judl.

It appears that during the pendency of the instant writ petition certain payments have already been made to the petitioner. The petitioner, however, submits that various bills have not yet been cleared. 3.

Let the petitioner to place the copy of the invoices / bills to the competent authority within a period of four weeks' from today. Let the petitioner to enclose all necessary documents to justify the invoices / bills. 4.

On receiving of the said invoices / bills, let the respondent to process the same and to take appropriate action without any further delay. 5.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition along with pending application stands disposed of.
