This is an application filed by the Petitioner seeking interim bail in case FIR No.309/2023 dated 20.04.2023 registered at PS: Alipur under Sections 365/302/34 IPC.

By order dated 19.03.2024, looking at the condition of the applicant, the Trial Court had directed the Jail Superintendent to produce the accused before RPC OPD-Dr. SR/JR Under Unit-116B, Unit-II, Wed. Sat Room No. 6B, AIIMS Hospital within 10 days albeit follow up of the said direction is not stated in the application.

Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, states that the surgery of the eye of the applicant is now fixed on 29.04.2024.
