Having heard the learned Senior Counsel for the Appellant what we find is that the grievance raised in this Appeal can better be addressed by learned Single Judge on an application which was made by the Appellant seeking modification / clarification of the order. 2.

Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the matter, we dispose of this Appeal with the liberty to the Appellant to approach the learned Single Judge by way of making an appropriate application seeking modification / clarification / review of the impugned order dated 10.04.2026. 3.

Pending Application also stands disposed of.
