% 07.12.2016 Rule DB was issued in this matter as far back as on 15.07.2002. However, steps to serve the respondent were not taken. A notice of default was issued in the year 2005 to the concerned Advocate, however, no steps were taken even thereafter. We find that the Registry also did not put up the matter before Court for appropriate orders. Resultantly, even after hearing arguments in the matter, we are unable to pass a final order as notice has not been served on the respondent. The Registrar (Writ) is directed to ensure that the service is complete in all matters in which Rule/Rule DB has been issued. Issue notice to the respondent, dasti in addition, returnable on 19.12.2016. G.S.SISTANI, J.
