Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition as the Chargesheet has already been filed and the arguments have been addressed on Charge.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Petition is permitted to be withdrawn without prejudice to the rights and contentions raised in the present Petition.
