A Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed for quashing of Notices under Section 41A dated 05.08.2020 and 11.08.2020 in FIR No.390/2013 dated 19.10.2013 under Section 336/338/32 IPC P.S. R.K. Puram. 2.

Learned ASC on behalf of the State submits that these Notices had been issued to the Petitioner before filing of the Supplementary Chargesheet which stands filed in the Court on 30.03.2023. These Notices, therefore, stands discharged and as on date there are no further investigations pending The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. in regard to the Petitioner. In case any further action, if taken, shall be in accordance with law.

It is further submitted that SLP No.4646/2022 has been disposed of by the Apex Court vide Order dated 19.12.2024.

The Petitioner shall be at liberty to then take legal recourse in accordance with law.

The Petition stands disposed of.
