The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondents to free the Gram/Gaon Sabha land located in Khasra No. 339, 349/3, 356/6, 359/4, 360/5, 360/1, 360/6 and 360/7 in Village Aali, from illegal encroachment. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents points out that Special Force Task has already been constituted to examine the problem of encroachment in this city and necessary action is being taken on the directions of the said Task Force.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by directing respondent no.1 to examine the petitioner's grievance and take an appropriate action in accordance with law.

The petitioner is also not precluded from approaching the Special Task Force for redressal of its grievance.
