% 03.07.2025 I.A. 15266/2025 (u/O-XXIII Rule 3 of the CPC) 1.

This is a joint application filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for recording of compromise arrived at between the parties in the suit.

The application has been duly signed by the authorised representatives of the plaintiff and the defendant. The application is also supported by affidavits of the authorised representatives of the plaintiff as well as the defendant.

The terms of the settlement have been detailed in paragraph 4 of the present application.

I have gone through the terms of the settlement and find the same to be lawful.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 6.

In view of the order passed in I.A. 15266/2025 above, the present suit is decreed in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. 8.

The present application shall form part of the decree. 9.

Let decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.

All pending applications stand disposed of.

In view of the fact that the matter has been settled at an initial stage, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 50% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff's counsel, M/s Rahul Chaudhry & Partners, in terms of Section 16A of the Court Fees Act, 1870. 12.
