Accordingly, the petitioner filed a fresh representation dated 27th September, 2023, and thereafter sent a reminder letter dated 28th November, 2023 to the respondent.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present th petition has now become infructuous, since a speaking order dated 04 April, 2024 has been passed by the respondent. He further submits that the petitioner shall avail his remedies as per law to challenge the said speaking order dated 04th April, 2024.

In view of the aforesaid, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition.
