This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (hereinafter referred to as the, "BNSS"), seeking issuance of a Writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus, praying for a direction to the respondent to produce the daughter of the petitioner, Ms. 'X', who is stated to be missing since 13.04.2026. 2.

Pursuant to the notice issued, Ms. Komal Jatav has appeared before us. She submits that she on her own will and volition, has married Mr. Shivam who is also present in person before us. She submits that she would like to reside with her husband. 3.
