The learned counsel for the contemnor/State Bank of India states that due to an inadvertent error, the order could not be complied earlier, however, the amount has now been released. 3.

He seeks an unconditional apology on part of the contemnors.

In view of the above, the respondents are discharged in the present proceedings.

No further orders are required to be passed.

The petition is disposed of.
