The settlement arrived at between the respondents no.2, 3 and 4 by way of the Settlement Agreement dated 20th November, 2024 has been handed over in Court and the same is taken on record. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

All pending applications stand disposed of.
