The present matter has been placed on the Office Note that in the Order dated 09.05.2025 while granting Regular Bail to the Petitioner Sunil Devi, it has been incorrectly recorded in the first paragraph that it is the anticipatory Bail Application under Section 482 of the BNSS for grant of Anticipatory Bail in FIR No. 0705/2024. In fact, the present Bail Application was under Section 483 of the BNSS seeking Regular Bail in the name of Sunil Devi.

The perusal of the record shows that in fact, it was a Bail Application under Section 483 of the BNSS for grant of Regular Bail to Smt. Sunil Devi. 3.

In view of the typographical error in the first paragraph of the Order dated 09.05.2025, the same is hereby rectified to read as the Regular Bail Application under Section 483 of the BNSS of Smt. Sunil Devi. 4.

The necessary rectification be read in Paragraph No.1 of the Order dated 09.05.2025.
