The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No.323/2023 of PS Vasant Kunj South for offence under Section 302/201/120B/34 IPC. Broadly speaking, the allegations are that the accused/applicant with the help of co-accused Deepak @ Rahul strangulated her husband to death and tried to pass off the murder as an accident of electrocution. Children of the accused/applicant were examined under Section 164 Cr.P.C and even during trial they supported the prosecution case.

Application filed in the High Court. The first Bail Application was withdrawn on 03.02.2025 and there is no change in circumstance. 4.

It is noticed that the earlier Bail Application was withdrawn by same counsel Mr. Manish Yadav, who has moved the present application, but the vakalatnama on the basis whereof this application has been filed is dated 07.10.2024, which was the vakalatnama for previous Bail Application. Learned counsel for accused/applicant regrets the error and seeks permission to withdraw this application.
