The present petition has been filed under Section 483 read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) read with Section 45 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 seeking extension of Interim Bail for a period of 60 days in case bearing No. ECIR/DLZO-11/03/2024 Delhi Zone-II dated 16.03.2024 for the offences under Sections 3 & 4 of the PMLA arising out of FIR No. 0059/2024 dated 12.03.2024 for offences under Sections The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the present petition is predicated on a fresh ground that has arisen on 21.04.2025, when the mother of the petitioner, fell from the stairs, resulting in a fracture in the lumbar spine and who was discharged from the hospital on the same day. He submits that the petitioner has, today morning, gone to the hospital for the follow-up visit and additional medical tests of his mother. 3.

It is also submitted that the special leave petition has been dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide Order dated 21.04.2025.

The learned Standing Counsel for the State, who appears on advance notice, opposes the present application. He submits that vide Order dated 23.04.2025, the Interim Bail of the petitioner was extended by the learned Coordinate Bench till today. 5.

The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, submits that mother of the petitioner had fell subsequently on 21.04.2025 and, in view of the circumstances, the petitioner may be granted an extension of one more day, in order to allow the petitioner to manage the medical problems of her ailing mother and he will surrender on 25.04.2025 by 4 PM. He further seeks liberty to file a fresh petition.

Keeping in view the above circumstances, the Interim Bail is extended till 25.04.2025, and the petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent by 4 PM on 25.04.2025 and the liberty to file a The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
