Petitioner is defending one Execution Petition and is aggrieved by order dated 28.03.2025.

It seems that the apprehension expressed by the petitioner/judgment-debtor is little pre-mature as no substantive order, as such, has been passed by the learned Executing Court. 3.

The matter is now fixed for further consideration before the learned Executing Court on 25.04.2025.

Learned counsel for respondent/decree-holder appears on advance notice.

contentions, he does not press the present petition. He, however, seeks liberty to make all such contentions, as raised in the petition herein, before the learned Trial Court.

In view of the abovesaid, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed.

All the rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 8.

The petitioners are permitted to raise all the contentions before the learned Executing Court and this Court expects that appropriate order would, thereafter, be passed by the learned Executing Court, after hearing both the sides and in accordance with law.
